1. No Right to Cancel
Since your order is made specifically for you, cancellations aren’t possible once production begins, as per UK law.
2. Cancellations for Defects
If something isn’t right—whether the item is defective or doesn’t match what you ordered—please get in touch within 14 days, and we’ll make it right.
3. How to Request a Cancellation
If there’s an issue with your order, simply contact us with details and, if possible, photos of the problem. We may ask for the item to be returned.
4. Refunds for Defective Products
For defective or incorrect items, we’ll offer a full refund or replacement, including delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving the returned product or confirming the issue.
