Wreaths in Bloom Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review our returns policy below:

Returns Eligibility- Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in re-saleable condition.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless an item is damaged or faulty, the buyer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs.

If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us at wreathsinbloombysuzanne@gmail.com within 3 days of receipt, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Refunds & Processing

Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 2 working days. 

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Bespoke, made to measure, items can only be returned if they are damaged.
